We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk I to support the finance department with daily accounting functions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Accounting Clerk I will assist with accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, invoice processing, and financial documentation.
\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n\nAssist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
\n\t\n\tProcess vendor invoices and customer billing with accuracy and timeliness
\n\t\n\tSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
\n\t\n\tHelp prepare monthly financial reports and assist with period-end closing
\n\t\n\tReconcile bank statements and report discrepancies
\n\t\n\tMaintain organized financial records and documentation
\n\t\n\tAssist with payroll coordination and timekeeping data entry
\n\t\n\tProvide administrative support to the finance team as needed
\n\t\n1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
\n\t\n\tExperience in a manufacturing or OEM setting is a plus
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
\n\t\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
\n\t\n\tBasic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
\n\t\n\tHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
\n\t\n\tStrong communication, organizational, and time management skills
\n\t\nAssociate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n\t\n\tExperience with inventory accounting or job costing
\n\t\n\tKnowledge of sales tax reporting and compliance
\n\t\n\tPrior exposure to electrical manufacturing or industrial distribution
\n\t\n\n\t\t\t\t
