Kelly Now Hiring-Accounting Clerk
\n Main duties include, but are not limited to: \n

\n\t
• Enter POs with vendors for manufacturing supplies and non-inventory plant supplies within the ERP system.\n\t
• Issue POs to suppliers as necessary to achieve established inventory and service goals.\n\t
• Review and monitor requisitions, supply sources, supplies, quotations, and terms.\n\t
• Follow up with vendors on delivery dates, shortages, and all other applicable communication as directed.\n\t
• Upon receipt of goods, verify receivers, match, organize, and coordinate with accounts payable for payment.\n

\n Candidates that will be a great fit will: \n\n

\n\t
• Must be proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook \n\t
• Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills\n\t
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate in-house software systems smoothly\n\t
• Be quick learners and can work independently with minimal supervision\n
