Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:In this fast-paced, high-volume role, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:
Managing full-cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching, purchase order review, and statement reconciliation.
Processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
Utilizing Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and 10-key proficiency to maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborating within a shared services environment to maintain consistency and compliance.
Applying industry-specific knowledge-experience in medical or manufacturing environments is a plus.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of 3-way matching.
Proficiency in Workday or PeopleSoft .
Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and 10-key accuracy.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Bonus: Prior exposure to shared services or the medical/manufacturing industry.
