This practice is a family-run, senior-focused managed care group that was started in 1991. Over the last two years, the group has been quickly expanding, and now has 4 locations across Tampa Bay
What is the position?
You'll be interviewing for a number of open positions as a primary care physician in one of the offices. The group is growing quickly, and that growth also means there will be leadership opportunities available in the future, if you're interested.
What is the clinic setup and hours?
Our practices prioritizes work-life balance and delivers a concierge-like experience for our patients. Your panel is capped at 500 patients, which means you will see ~12 patients per day on a full day, seeing each patient for 30-45min. That gives you the time to spend with patients to truly address their needs. The clinic is open from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. During those hours, patients are typically scheduled between 9am and 3:30pm. The remaining hours are left open for urgent needs for patients and for admin work. Admin work is significantly reduced by our team of coders, who do pre-charting and post-visit reviews to support with all clinical documentation work. And a team of medical assistants/health coaches and others to handle all administrative and care coordination efforts. We do this to ensure you remain focused on treating your patients and delivering them an outstanding experience.
What is the pay?
We offer market-leading compensation. Our contracts involve three components: a base salary, a qualitative performance bonus, and beginning in your third year of employment, a clinic performance bonus. Your compensation in the first two years should approach $300k, with the opportunity to exceed $430k including your clinic performance bonus.
