Job Title: After School Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Director to oversee our after school program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring the program meets the needs of students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement after school program curriculum and activities
- Supervise and support staff in their roles and responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community partners
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Manage program budget and resources efficiently
- Organize special events and field trips for students
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
