The Job

Angel Investor in Residence Role Description:

• This is a part-time remote role for an Angel Investor in Residence. Fellows want to sharpen their venture sword, learn from VCs, and get access to our investor community.
• The Angel Investor in Residence will learn the 0 to 1 skillset of an early stage investor. Our venture community members have motivations to either get a job in VC, build an angel portfolio, or to professionalize their angel investing experience.
• This is an 8-week program designed to take all the guesswork out of getting into VC and angel investing. The Angel Investor in Residence will learn best practices in deal sourcing, and diligence, and work with VCs on various topics related to venture investing.

The Profile

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, to identify and evaluate investment opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to engage with team members and pitch potential investments to LPs
• Participation in clubs, organizations, or other groups in the Web3 or startup ecosystem is a plus
• Experience in the practical applications of web3 or AI-related technologies
• Aspiring founder who wants to learn how to raise capital
• Exploring a career change into venture capital
• Previous experience with startups and entrepreneurial ecosystems is a plus
