Position Overview

EDEN House of Art Las Vegas is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Art Advisor/Sales Consultant to join our team at the prestigious Wynn Hotel location. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in one of the world's most vibrant entertainment destinations, engaging with international collectors and high-profile clients in a luxury casino resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive high-value contemporary art sales through face-to-face client engagement in a luxury resort setting
• Manage and convert both walk-in gallery visitors and online leads into long-term client relationships
• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences tailored to collectors' tastes and interests
• Build and maintain relationships with art collectors, casino guests, and VIP clients
• Conduct art consultations and advise on collection building and acquisition strategies
• Research contemporary artists and stay current with market trends
• Represent the EDEN House of Art brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with the team on exhibitions, events, and special art presentations
• Manage client communications and follow-ups to nurture ongoing relationships
• Adapt to the dynamic Las Vegas environment and diverse international clientele

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-end/luxury direct sales (MANDATORY)- minimum 2 years preferred
• Strong face-to-face sales experience and online lead conversion capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and around the clock when needed (MANDATORY)
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Active, motivated, and energetic personality
• Professional demeanor suitable for luxury brand representation
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Second language is a significant advantage (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Portuguese, or other languages)
• Interest or knowledge in contemporary art is a plus
• Experience in luxury hospitality, casino/resort sales, or high-end retail
• Familiarity with VIP client services and high-stakes sales environments
• Existing network of collectors or high-net-worth individuals

Working Hours:

• Gallery operates 7 days a week (including holidays)
• Extended operating hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM (to accommodate casino guests and international visitors)
• Minimum 8-hour shifts, typically 5 shifts per week
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential
• Must adapt to Las Vegas's 24/7 lifestyle and international clientele schedules
