WHO WE ARE

Clove was founded to create a better shoe for those on the front lines of healthcare. Inspired by watching his wife struggle to find the right footwear for her demanding job, Clove’s founder and the team set out to make a shoe that is liquid-repellent, easy to clean, slip on and off, and comfortable for long days (and nights) in the hospital. THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Art Director to bring our brand to life through bold, thoughtful, and beautifully executed visual content. From campaign photography and video to digital graphics and product design, you'll be hands-on in crafting creative that resonates with our community and reflects the heart of who we are.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal team members and external partners to create compelling visuals that span across every channel. You have a sharp eye, strong instincts, and a love for design that’s both strategic and thumb-stopping. Everything you touch will help shape how Clove shows up in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to: 

• Lead the creation of visual content for marketing campaigns, brand moments, and product storytelling across all marketing channels.
• Work hand-in-hand with our internal Project Manager on the end-to-end execution of creative projects - ensuring everything is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Review and refine all visual assets to uphold a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Partner with product development to design and evolve footwear (and related products) in line with Clove’s aesthetic and values.
• Stay ahead of design trends and push creative boundaries to keep Clove’s brand identity fresh, modern, and distinctly our own.
