Assistant Coach- Bethesda, Maryland
Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire an assistant coach for in the Bethesda/Rockville, Md area. This position would report directly to the head site coach and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers at the 9–12-year-old range and 13–16-year-old range. This position is a full time position within our organization.The requirements for this position are:
1-3 years experience coaching age group swimmers in a year round environment.
Foundations of Coaching, Background check, and Safety training for Swim Coaches certifications through USA Swimming. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.NCAP will work with the right candidate to have all certifications completed.
15-20 hours per week of on deck coaching plus 4-5 hours per week of e mail communication with families. Computer skills with Team Unify and Hy Tek software is encouraged.
Nation’s Capital Swimming is a multi site swim club in the metro Washington area with 11 training sites and 1850 athletes.
