Description The Assistant Superintendent will be a key member of the construction management team, assisting in the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. The Assistant Superintendent - General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for: Assisting the project superintendent in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction sites. Coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and materials for smooth project execution. Ensuring safety standards are followed in accordance with OSHA regulations and company guidelines. Monitoring project schedules and budgets, addressing potential delays or issues. Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and providing regular updates to the project team.
