Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory, licensure and accreditation requirements as well as contract compliance. Disseminate appropriate information to foundation Executive Leadership Council (ELC) members.
Oversee regulatory and contract compliance to ensure applicable rules and regulations are consistently met.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with government and regulatory agencies.
Ensure clinical curricula is implemented, maintained, and monitored to ensure clinical objectives are met.
Manager appropriate scheduling and methods to provide contract compliance and documentation.
Develop, conduct, and oversee professional development of clinical staff to ensure positive client service experience, quality clinical service delivery and appropriate clinical documentation to meet regulatory standards and billing requirements.
Oversee the organization's Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
Ensure Client Satisfaction Survey and all other Quality Improvement reports are completed as required; challenges are identified and corrective action developed and implemented.
Ensure CARF accreditation requirements and processes are implemented and maintained. Provide oversight to CARF certification/recertification process to ensure recertification.
Provide oversight for the Director of Utilization Review and Admissions to ensure efficient, streamlined entry into Cenikor programs and appropriate funding mix for the Foundation to achieve financial targets.
Provide oversight of Medical Director to ensure consistent service delivery across locations and to facilitate payor relations and successful utilization review.
Provide oversight for all clinical and customer service training including the Senior Manager of Training to facilitate excellent customer service, quality clinical services and documentation to support funding requirements.
Oversee and direct our Clinical Training Institute permit and program to ensure training standards are maintained and documented for counselor interns.
Work with the Human Resource Department for staffing, training, employee relations issues, performance evaluations and maintenance of personnel files, documentation and licensure requirements for Foundation staff.
Role model and uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
Actively participate in Executive Leadership Council meetings.
Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the President/CEO and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in this job description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Knowledge of complex activities and operations of state, federal and local legislative bodies, governmental and community agencies.
Knowledge of contract and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage resources to meet requirements of multiple funding sources.
Ability to work with an exemplary character and effective presentation.
Skilled in strong decision-making.
Ability to work with attention to detail and the ability to organize.
Skilled in excellent oral and written communication.
Travel up to 35% required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software required, including specific MS Outlook calendar experience.

Education:

Bachelor degree required.
Graduate degree preferred.

Experience:

Five years of experience managing a behavioral health treatment program or a related field of work required.
Experience in working with governmental licensing agencies required.
Experience with regulatory and contract compliance required.
Experience with multiple referral and insurance funding sources required.
Experience with health care or education is preferred.

Licensure Required:

NP
Valid Driver's License required
