Plaintiff-Side Attorney – Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation

Peoria, IL | Remote Flexibility (for experienced, IL-licensed attorneys)

Our growing plaintiff-side firm is seeking a driven, client-focused Attorney to join our team handling Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation matters. Whether you're newly licensed and based in Peoria, or a seasoned litigator licensed in Illinois and looking for remote flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of a full docket of PI and Workers’ Comp cases — no need to build your own book
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them with compassion and clarity
• Handle litigation from start to finish, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
• Work closely with and receive mentorship directly from the firm’s founder
• Collaborate on case strategy and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed to practice in Illinois
• 1–5+ years of relevant experience strongly desired (remote eligible)
• Newer/Entry level attorneys welcome to apply if based in or near Peoria

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary
• Monthly bonuses + 10% of collected fees
