As an Associate Designer, you will support the creative team in executing seasonal concepts and product design across multiple categories. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually driven, and passionate about creating thoughtful, trend-relevant designs that align with brand and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept & Trend Development
  • Assist in building seasonal mood boards with trend direction, color, print, pattern, and key item callouts across RTW, Denim, Accessories, and Swim.
  • Participate in trend research and competitive analysis, supporting the team with insights on silhouettes, materials, and consumer shifts.
  • Help compile and update seasonal color palettes using market data, sales performance, and forecasting resources.
  • Organize and maintain visual inspiration assets and digital libraries (trend boards, color standards, print references).
  • Design & Development Execution
  • Support Designers with sketching seasonal collections across categories.
  • Create flat sketches and assist in technical packages with design intent, construction notes, and BOMs.
  • Assist in lab dip, trim, and print development approvals in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Organize and track design comments, fit notes, and proto feedback to ensure execution accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support creation of line sheets, outfit boards, and internal seasonal presentation tools.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Merchandising, and Pre-production teams to track materials, costs, and garment construction needs.
  • Support sample tracking and calendar milestones to ensure timely handoff to Production.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion design or concept development.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, trend research, garment construction, and fit.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High taste level with a passion for design, and trend innovation.

Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
