Working closely with senior admissions leadership, you will help plan and execute travel-related recruitment efforts:

  • Assisting with travel schedules, logistics, outreach, and event preparation.
  • Managing partnerships that strengthen our national and global presence.
  • Ensuring a polished, professional, and mission-aligned representation of Mendoza at all events.

Contribute to Marketing & Communications Strategy
You will collaborate with the Brand Management team and senior admissions leadership to:

  • Develop compelling email marketing content and campaigns.
  • Enhance engagement among prospective students and drive application activity.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Admissions Operations team as needed.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • A motivating, energetic presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • An outgoing, open, and professional communication style.
  • Strong capacity to work independently and collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and prospective candidates.
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • A passion for supporting student success and representing the values of the University of Notre Dame.
