Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
✅ Experience with SolidWorks or Onshape for 3D modeling and design
✅ Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and analysis
✅ Hands-on experience with 3D printing, laser cutting, or microfabrication (preferred)
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
