Full time Associate Veterinarian - Hiring Immediately + Flexible Compensation - Greenville, SC 

 

A well-established partner clinic in Greenville, SC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Associate Veterinarian to join their multi-doctor team. This clinic is known for its long-term, loyal client base and high-quality care. With a focus on providing excellent patient care and client communication, the clinic is seeking a veterinarian who is committed to advancing the human-animal bond and enhancing the overall client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship-Based Care : Serve patients and clients with a relationship-driven approach, providing exceptional care and building lasting bonds.
  • Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the clinical team, which includes at least two veterinarians on-site daily, to ensure the best care for patients.
  • Caseload Management : Manage multiple patients with varying priorities, including performing surgeries, diagnostic tests, and medical treatments during operating hours.
  • Leadership and Mentorship : The veterinarian’s role in the clinic is one of leadership, trust, and respect, guiding the practice forward and supporting the development of staff members through the clinic’s LevelUp clinical training program .

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Education : DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
  • Licensing : Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in South Carolina (or the ability to obtain licensure).
  • Experience : Veterinarians of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Special consideration will be given to new graduates eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
