Job Title: Crew Member – Athletic Flooring Installer (Running Track/Asphalt Experience Preferred)
Location: Travel-based (Lodging Provided)
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE)
Per Diem: Provided
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated crew members to join our athletic flooring installation team, with a focus on running track and sports surface projects. Ideal candidates will have experience with asphalt or track surfacing and a strong desire to grow within a skilled trade.
This is a travel-intensive position. Crew members may be away from home for several days, weeks, or even a month or longer, depending on project timelines. Lodging and daily per diem are provided while on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of synthetic running tracks and other athletic flooring systems.
Prepare surfaces, mix and apply materials such as rubber and polyurethane coatings.
Operate hand tools and light equipment (training provided if needed).
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Travel to project sites across multiple states, often for extended periods.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications:
Must have a clear background (background check required).
Experience with asphalt work or running track installation is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively and remain on-site for the duration of each project.
Strong work ethic, ability to follow instructions, and eagerness to learn.
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods.
