Collins & Lacy, P.C., one of South Carolina’s premier civil defense firms, is looking for a  dynamic Attorney with 4 or more years of civil litigation experience and  licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina  to join our growing team. Retail & Hospitality experience is a plus. ($100,000-$130,000 base plus bonus) WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY.

Who You Are:

You’re not just any lawyer—you’re hungry, driven, and ready to take ownership of your career. Here’s what we’re looking for:

4 or more years of litigation experience (civil defense preferred).

• Licensed to practice in  North Carolina courts . (Bonus when you are also licensed in South Carolina)
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused, with outstanding communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A natural leader who thrives under pressure and is ready to build their professional brand.

Extra Credit For:

• Clerkship experience (state or federal).
• Experience in  retail/hospitality, trucking, construction, or insurance coverage law .
• Former military, prosecutor, or public defender.
