Audio Visual Install Technician is to support all Integration work according to needs of the Project Manager. This includes install prep, wire-pull, gear install, commissioning and service.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the Job prep by organizing gear and inventory 
• Load trailers/Trucks for job site deployment 
• transport gear to the job site 
• Unbox and deploy new customer gear using the lates industry methods 
• Clean up job sites when needed
• Clean us the shop when needed 
• Support the events department when needed 
• Serve existing accounts by following through with work orders
• Keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, etc.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
• Broaden job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, etc.
• Follow expense report protocols; turn expense reports in a timely manner.
• Track time accurately and effectively, using a specified system, and turn in time sheets when requested
• Stays current with licenses, certifications, trainings and any other knowledge-based opportunities, and with the latest technological advancements
• Perform service work, assist with integration needs and live events during non billable time
• Travel when requested
• Manage and execute all general maintenance, repairs and improvements of all company assets
• Maintain positive attitude during any and all of the above responsibilities
• Follow company policies, including employee handbook
