We are seeking I n-Home Sales & Design Consultants to join our team of professionals in a growth potential position. Our ideal candidate is experienced in sales, confident, tech-savvy, able to work independently, and ambitious. Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within NJ & Staten Island
• No door knocking!
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings
• CRM Activities
• Other duties as assigned
  

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to drive up to two hours to and from appointments
• At least two years of sales experience
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
• A strong desire and ability to close the sale
  

Compensation and Benefits :

• Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $100,000-$250,000+
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Full insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) program coming soon

Schedule: 

• Flexibility on a weekly basis

• Evening and weekend availability(required)
