What we would like from you:

•Leverage previous Barista experience with specialty, local and responsibly sourced coffee to bring guests an unrivaled fine dining experience
•Exceed guests' expectations by providing an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality
•Ability to dial in espresso grinder adjustments, shot extractions parameters, and to calibrate by taste
•Knowledge of regions, styles, blends, techniques and sourcing of coffee both locally and throughout the world
•The ability to work with a close-knit team of service professionals in a dynamic and one of a kind restaurant environment
•A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovative approach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage
