Snowbird Coffee is a locally owned, specialty coffee shop and we're looking for passionate, hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team. We are looking for dedicated baristas and bar backs. Pay is competitive and the tips are great! 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Greet every customer with fast, friendly and personalized service. 
• Keep a positive and ever-learning attitude. 
• Maintain organization and keep track of inventory 
• Bar person is required to dial espresso on a regular basis and keep the taste consistent up to company standards 
• Accurately operate point of sale and maintain precise money counts. 
• Accurately ring orders and communicate clearly with all team members. 
• Restock/prep inventory and product. 
• Keep our cafe clean and orderly, including all seating areas, bathroom, and trash areas. 

Requirements: 

• Able to work morning shifts starting at 7:30am. Business hours are from 8am-1pm daily.
• Available for at least 3 days a week. - Specialty coffee experience or 1+ year in service industry preferred 
• Able to stand for 6 or more hours during your shift 
• Able to carry 30lbs (inventory), crouch, kneel or climb as necessary 
• Able to access schedule online and respond to emails, calls or texts in a timely manner. 
• CA food handlers permit (we can help you obtain one if you don't already have one)
