We are seeking individuals that are hungry to make an impact and grow in our quickly expanding firm. No experience is necessary for these positions. Our training methodology is extensive and will give you everything you need to be successful in this field.

Our base pay is relatively competitive, however our incentives based on making easily measurable work goals bring the base pay up substantially.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients
• Request documents and records
• Case management involving maintaining document control, calendaring docket deadlines and coordination and monitoring of local counsel
• Preparation and organization of a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc.
• Facilitating expert retention, providing materials to experts, and coordinating deadlines for expert reports, depositions, etc.
• Trial coordination including logistics of trial accommodations, war room, copy services, trial documents
• Document production
• Request documents and records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
