POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are duties, responsibilities, and leadership roles that the Body Handler / Personal Assistant
shall provide will include but are not limited to:
Personal Support & Daily Operations
• Serve as the Chairman’s right hand, ensuring daily activities, movements, and personal logistics are executed with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide hands-on, anticipatory support throughout the Chairman’s day, ensuring readiness and seamless transitions between engagements.
• Accompany the Chairman during all business and personal travel, maintaining constant awareness and professional composure.
• Manage daily essentials, wardrobe preparation, and meal arrangements while ensuring a refined and comfortable environment.
• Execute errands, personal shopping, and ad hoc requests efficiently and discreetly.
Travel, Logistics & Advance Preparation
• Coordinate and execute all aspects of the Chairman’s domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless movement across destinations.
• Manage packing, unpacking, and inventory of personal belongings with exceptional accuracy and organization.
• Advance upcoming travel and site arrivals to ensure all details—lodging, transportation, security, and personal preferences—are fully managed before arrival.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Protection Team and household staff to ensure readiness, safety, and efficiency across all travel and transitions.
Executive Protection & Team Collaboration
• Act as a key liaison between the Chairman and the Executive Protection Team, facilitating smooth communication, coordination, and operational execution.
• Support real-time adjustments to routes, schedules, and itineraries in collaboration with protection and logistics personnel.
• Maintain clear situational awareness in all environments, ensuring privacy, safety, and comfort.
• Assist in coordinating with Family Office staff, pilots, and household managers to align all operational aspects of the Chairman’s schedule.
Event & Engagement Support
• Assist the Chairman during meetings, events, and appearances to ensure seamless timing and transitions.
• Coordinate personal and professional events, managing logistics such as invitations, access, wardrobe, and personal needs.
• Ensure the Chairman is fully briefed and equipped for each engagement.
• Handle on-site coordination, providing real-time adjustments and solutions as required. Ensure cars, boats, and other assets are positioned and available as required.
Documentation & Administrative Support
• Manage personal documentation, travel records, receipts, and expense reports with precision and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of itineraries, schedules, and personal inventories.
• Communicate updates to the Family Office team and maintain digital organization systems to track personal and logistical information.
Professional Standards & Confidentiality
• Represent the Chairman and the Chairman’s Office with the highest standards of professionalism, tact, and discretion.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, business, and family matters.
• Display impeccable grooming, situational awareness, and refined etiquette in all interactions.
• Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the Chairman’s schedule.
• Operate as a trusted, contributing member of the Chairman’s Office team—supporting additional projects or initiatives as needed.
EDUCATIONAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The Body Handler / Personal Assistant requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and:
• Proven experience supporting private principals, high-profile individuals, or C-suite executives in a personal assistant or body person role.
• Demonstrated experience with extensive domestic and international travel.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fluid, demanding environments.
• Impeccable discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with refined etiquette and situational awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, iPhone/iPad technology, and travel-related software.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the Chairman’s schedule.
• Valid passport and driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass comprehensive background and drug screenings.
• Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of handling extended hours and rigorous travel schedules.
