We're searching for a part-time Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team and help keep our finances running smoothly! Our Bookkeeping Clerk position earns $30+ per hour, based on experience . We also offer remote workday opportunities, a supportive team environment, and growth opportunities.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This position requires a few days in the office each week with the flexibility to work from home on other days. Our standard office hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This role offers approximately 15 - 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

YOUR DAY

As our Bookkeeping Clerk, you will log into QuickBooks Online and carefully review bank and credit card transactions to ensure accurate reconciliation. You process invoices, manage timely bill payments, and meticulously calculate and document sales commissions. Throughout the day, you collaborate with external accountants, preparing comprehensive financial reports that support strategic decision-making. Your keen attention to detail ensures the accurate submission of sales tax reports and the completion of quarterly returns. Before concluding your day, you thoroughly review job costings, verifying that all financial records are precise and up to date-because maintaining accuracy and efficiency is at the core of your expertise.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks Online and Google Suite)
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred !
