Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) with expertise in leading a company-wide technical program/project management process as well as lead/govern an enterprise level data governance program. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, business acumen and collaboration skills to work directly with cross-functional teams to drive the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic projects, ensure the integrity of our data/information in our systems across the organization as well as participate in optimizing processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Analysis:

  • Engage with stakeholders across business units to identify, analyze, and document business needs, processes, and requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide recommendations and assist with driving processes improvement, increasing efficiency, and aligning with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to evaluate and implement enterprise solutions.
  • Assist and/or help lead software product evaluations.
  • Assist with developing and executing test plans and scripts

Project/Program Management:

  • Lead and manage the portfolio of enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, budgets, and timelines. Manage the backlog of initiatives and facilitation of the prioritization/approval process of projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and manage risks for the collective group of projects active in the company
  • Communicate project updates and provide metric-based reports to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Data Governance:

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization.
  • Partner with data stewards and business units to define data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with data governance standards and support the resolution of data quality issues.
  • Facilitate data-related workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and new business needs.
  • Strong ability to use project management methods to help control, govern and create progress on organizational-level objectives
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize information, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, data visualization tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles.
  • Experience in data governance, process improvement, and enterprise-level projects.
  • Experience in a CPG or Manufacturing organization is a plus

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master Certification or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
