Join to apply for the Business Consultant - IT2 and TRM role at ION Continue with Google The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join ION as a Business Consultant. You will contribute to the success of the engagement by learning necessary skills and supporting client requests following best practices. Key Responsibilities Assume hands-on Center of Excellence (COE) duties for Treasury Products IT2 and TRM, including BAU support, static data maintenance, client configuration management, internal processes, minor system configuration, and liaising with Support Services on bugs or enhancements. Provide business analysis and troubleshooting to ensure the ION solution meets client needs. Adhere to best practices and documentation standards for the ION solution and COE engagement. Keep managers informed on responsibilities and maintain full chargeability on client accounts. Gain industry and functional expertise through client engagements and training. Present product solutions to client users under supervision. Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans, and results. Attend product training to understand system functionality and architecture. Travel to client sites as needed. Support US Eastern or EMEA CET working hours for BAU activities. Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Experience with BAU support for IT2, TRM, or similar products. Support for reports and internal processing; experience in modules is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related IT field or equivalent experience. 1-4 years of relevant industry experience; 1 year preferred with ION or TRM systems. Strong client-facing, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Treasury industry experience is advantageous. Ability to work onsite and as part of a project team; fast learner and self-starter.
