- Experience using a governance, risk and controls software, such as Everbridge, Fusion
- A bachelor’s degree

As a Business Continuity Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring business operations can continue with minimal disruption during scenarios such as technological failures, natural disasters, and other operational interruptions. You will work closely with all departments to develop, maintain, and improve business continuity plans, strategies, testing, and training programs. Specifically, you will conduct business impact analyses, support contingency planning, and help coordinate emergency response efforts. You’ll also collaborate with technology teams to ensure backup systems are in place and effective. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, as you’ll be working across teams to gather data and drive accountability. Salary is between $125,000-$150,000.
