Carpenter’s Helper – Punch List Work
We are seeking a Carpenter’s Helper to join our team and assist with completing punch list items on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced carpenters.
Responsibilities:
Assist with completing punch list tasks such as trim work, touch-ups, repairs, and adjustments
Support carpenters with tools, materials, and project prep
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety standards and company guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
