Overview CBS - Client Tech - Business Analyst - Assistant Dir - Multiple Positions - 1645736 at EY. This role focuses on delivering business solutions through in-depth analysis, defining requirements, and ensuring the application functions meet objectives. Responsibilities Provide clients with solutions to complex business problems through in-depth analysis, requirements definition, and identification of design elements to support application functions. Manage project activities and resources to deliver sound business solutions for technical matters, increasing productivity and profitability. Translate business requirements into functional requirements for multiple projects supporting products used by Auditors to provide Assurance services, including EY’s internal Data Analytics tool. Specify non-functional requirements to ensure solutions conform to contracts for performance, scalability, reliability, security, usability and maintainability. Apply business analysis knowledge to advise on optimal workflows and solutions for EY’s Helix Platform across all phases of the requirements lifecycle. Integrate solutions into business workstreams and prepare enablement materials and training to facilitate adoption and integration. Lead exploration and gathering of business intent and design options to align with central initiatives and drive requirements work from planning to validation. Analyze interdependencies of business and system workflows to optimize outcomes; provide enterprise reviews of value proposition, workflow, impact, and risk analyses. Engage with business and technology partners to clarify functions, processes and data flow to align capabilities and constraints. Lead and motivate teams with diverse skills; monitor progress to deliver quality results; maintain stakeholder relationships. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7 years of related work experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of related work experience. 6 years of experience in consulting or technology services in business analysis roles. 2 years of experience in business case development, including enterprise value proposition, workflow analysis, impact analysis, and risk analysis. 5 years of experience delivering via Agile with DevOps and/or enterprise tool involvement across multiple teams and product releases. 3 years of experience in the functional architecture of products, product portfolios, or solution accelerators. 1 year of experience in DevOps practices and microservices. 3 years of experience facilitating collaborative sessions with partners, product managers and designers to scope and lead requirements. 3 years of experience analyzing systems thinking for interdependencies in workflows to optimize outcomes. 2 years of experience managing a mid-size team of business analysis professionals. Domestic travel up to 10% as required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. What We Offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary around $195,490 per year plus a Total Rewards package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
