Class A Team Drivers – Earn $216,000–$254,000 Annually,

Competitive Pay: Earn $0.405 per mile per driver or $0.81 per team,
Average mileage: 6,000–7,000 miles per week.
Average weekly pay: $2,430–$2,835 per driver
Annual income of: $108,000–$127,000 per driver.
Home Time: 3 weeks out with 3–4 days at home—so you get the balance of work and personal time you deserve.

What We Expect from You:

Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience (OTR, regional, or local).
Team Compatibility: Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
Clean Driving Record :
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (SAP completions are not accepted).
- Accidents: No more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, excluding major incidents like rear-end preventables or rollovers.
- Traffic Violations: No commercial vehicle violations; up to 1 personal vehicle violation in the past 3 years is acceptable.
Background: No felonies in the last 7 years or misdemeanors in the past 3 years (no exceptions for sexual crimes).
Employment History : No recent terminations from your last job,and no more than six (6) driving jobs in the past three (3) years
