Crown Distributors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as CDL Delivery Driver Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a valuable skill set and advance into a rewarding career in the beverage business.

About the Role:

As a CDL Delivery Driver Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to obtain your Commercial Driver's License (CDL) permit and Class-A CDL. Our dedicated training program covers theory, vehicle inspections, driving maneuvers, and on-road experience with a one-on-one instructor.

Upon obtaining your CDL, you will continue your training, learning the fundamentals of beverage delivery, including but not limited to customer service, inventory control and product handling. With consistent performance and dedication, when a route comes open, you will have the opportunity to advance as a route delivery driver.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $18.40 during CDL training.
• Pay increases to $20.20 per hour upon obtaining CDL.
• Pay increases to guaranteed minimum annual salary of $52,000 upon transition into a delivery route.
