Your Role as a CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide personalized care that respects each resident’s dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. You’ll play a vital role in promoting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to residents' call lights promptly and courteously.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
Serve meals, assist with feeding, and collect food trays.
Support mobility by transporting residents via wheelchair or assisting them to walk.
Reposition and turn residents as needed.
Record vital signs, intake and output, and weights as directed.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current CNA Certification in California.
CPR and First Aid certification.
At least 3 months of prior experience in long-term care (preferred, but not required).

Skills & Abilities:

Compassionate and patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
