Change Management Lead (Local Candidates Only)

SolomonEdwards is currently seeking a Change Management Lead (Hybrid) on a 6 plus month contract basis for a company located in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have proven change management experience within large global industries. This role will focus on supporting Technology and AI initiatives for Global Shared Services.

The Change Management Lead will oversee and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and business strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities of the Change Management Lead:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Provides dedicated, daily change leadership and assistance to the AI Build team and business leads.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Develop the overall Organizational Change Management strategy and details plan for the full lifecycle of the technology implementation (Workday).
  • Facilitates AI Build team lead collaboration with their business lead counterparts for all change management activities.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
  • Designing and delivering training programs, creating communication plans, and providing ongoing support to teams throughout the change process.
  • Engage and support stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on progress and effectiveness of change efforts.
  • Assess the impact of changes, identify potential risks, and develop plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements for the Change Management Lead:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in change management or organizational development.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Must have prior experience supporting AI and be technically inclined.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with AI and its impact on change management methodologies.
  • Workday experience would be a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure change effectiveness.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in change management is a plus.

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $75hr to $85hr

Employment Type: Contract (6 plus months)

Location: Wilmington, DE 19803 (Hybrid Role)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5pm

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
