Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to support the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role will lead change across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption and integration of the new system
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple workstreams.
• Drive communication and ensure alignment with senior leaders and users to maximize system adoption.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs for finance and non-finance users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Provide guidance on finance processes and support users in understanding system impacts.
• Gather user feedback post-implementation to optimize training and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of change management experience
• Strong finance knowledge (GL, AP, AR)
- Treasury experience is a plus but not required
- Experience within banking or financial industries required.
• Experience in finance transformation is a plus
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
