Change Management Lead

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation. This role will be instrumental in guiding employees through structural and behavioral shifts, ensuring successful adoption of the Broadcom tool suite, and aligning business units with new operating and funding models.

This is an opportunity to drive impactful change across a portfolio-based structure affecting 20,000 employees. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Scaled Agile adoption, enterprise change management, and tool implementation to embed long-term, sustainable change.

• Ability to guide business units through new operating and funding models
• Capacity to scale change efforts beyond the existing small team

• Develop and implement a structured change management approach for transformation initiatives
• Drive adoption of the Broadcom tool suite as a key enabler of the new operating model
• Provide clear guidance to employees on how business and technology interact in the new structure
• Define success metrics to measure and sustain long-term change adoption
• Align change efforts with investment planning, quarterly planning, and corporate strategy initiatives
• Lead mindset and behavioral shifts necessary for effective transformation
