Job Description

The Change Management, Manager supports the Senior Director, Transformation leading and implement operational improvement projects across Armanino’s internal client support teams. They are responsible for acting as a change agent in the firm, working alongside the Senior Director, Transformation to align with internal clients of all levels within the firm and drive tangible results – focused on scalable and efficient solutions that meet our internal client’s support needs. They will lead in designing, implementing and measuring the success of change management efforts for all our operational efficiency related rollouts. They will collaborate closely with firm leadership, Department Operational Leaders, and Internal Operational Team to socialize and gain buy-in for the change management efforts and creatively solution when risks arise. Job Responsibilities include leading change management for transformation activities, coordinating initiatives through planning, assessment, diagnosis, design, and implementation, ensuring socialization and approvals, measuring success and escalating risks, evaluating changes to avoid interference with business operations, facilitating post-implementation reviews, participating in incident and problem analysis, maintaining knowledge of business processes and technologies, understanding RPA, data analytics, and AI for opportunity identification, and collaborating with firm communications to align messaging. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience), minimum 6 years professional experience with at least 3 years managing business projects/programs/portfolios, experience managing communication plans, organizational change management, business process analysis, transformation, and/or project management, experience with dispersed teams, knowledge of Professional Services Organization operations and technologies, exposure to RPA, AI, or data analytics, effective communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with Smartsheet and Workfront, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking Certification, or PMP.
