About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the strategic planning and implementation of information technology systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This includes the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with the company's goals, overseeing the design and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, leading data management and governance, driving digital transformation initiatives, and managing a comprehensive cybersecurity program. The CIO will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing IT team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure cost-effective utilization of IT resources. Applicants for the CIO position at the company must have a minimum of 7 years of IT management or leadership experience, with a total of 10 years in the IT industry or data management. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master’s degree is a plus. The role demands a professional with a strong background in strategizing and architecting enterprise applications, particularly ERP and CRM systems, and proven skills in strategic thinking, project management, and business partnerships.
