About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Information Technology / Chief Information Officer to lead its IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating strategic objectives and policies that align with the department's mission, as well as providing administrative direction to IT managers. This key leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in information technology, including system acquisition, design, development, operation, and maintenance. The role also involves overseeing the security and operation of the company's network and global applications, as well as the installation and maintenance of client/server devices and providing training and support for end users. Applicants for the Director of Information Technology / Chief Information Officer position at the company must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of managerial experience in a comprehensive IT facility. A master's degree can be substituted for one year of the required experience. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in IT management, including the supervision of IT staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving innovation and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work with or without reasonable accommodation.
