About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the strategic planning and implementation of information technology systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the company's goals, overseeing the design and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, leading data management and governance, driving digital transformation, and managing a comprehensive cybersecurity program. The CIO will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing IT team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the IT budget is managed effectively. Applicants for the CIO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the IT industry or data management, with at least 7 years in IT management or leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in strategizing and architecting enterprise applications, particularly ERP and CRM, as well as experience in IT infrastructure and security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration of IT systems. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is a plus.
