About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and shape its organizational people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading change, managing conflict, and building a high-performance culture. The role also demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop leaders at all levels. A certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or a similar credential is required.
