What Youll Be Doing
The Chief People Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of people services (human resources). As a member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, this position partners closely with executives and department leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, foster a mission-driven and inclusive culture, and ensure legal compliance and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This position has a team of four managers and a total team of over 20 HR professionals.
