About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the evolution, scaling, and expansion of its revenue organization. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's go-to-market strategy, responsible for driving revenue through customer and partner acquisition, growth, and expansion. This role is pivotal in the company's transition from a single product to a platform model, and the CRO will be instrumental in defining and implementing strategies for growth, as well as directing leaders to maximize revenue and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading revenue teams, with a strong background in both SaaS and healthcare/benefits technology sales, and experience in growth-stage tech companies. Key responsibilities for the Chief Revenue Officer include organizational development, people management, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. The role demands a leader who can attract top talent, drive team engagement, and ensure a customer-focused approach.
