Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations on large-scale commercial projects. This role is ideal for a hands on leader with strong technical expertise and proven experience managing teams in the commercial plumbing trade. Performance based bonus available.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on commercial projects.
* Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
* Plan, assign and review work to maximize efficiency and quality.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors and clients.
* Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in commercial settings.
* Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion.
* Train, mentor and support plumbing staff.
Qualifications
* Journeyman of Master Plumbing license (preferred)
* 5+ Years of Commercial Plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
* Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
