The Commercial Property Electrician is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the operation of facilities, ensuring safety, comfort, and functionality. Key duties include coordinating tasks, performing repairs, and maintaining physical assets throughout the campus. The CPE ensures compliance with state inspectors, company policies, and procedures. The CPE will assist with management and supervision of budgets, operational expenses, and vendor partners. The role requires strong technical skills, including a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently while also transitioning seamlessly into a collaborative team environment. They should demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to pivot when unplanned work arises. They will also provide support and coordination with other trades, embracing a versatile, ‘jack-of-all-trades’ mindset.” The position involves daily maintenance tasks, such as repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, as well as overseeing facility-related expenses. The CPE must maintain effective communication with staff, vendors, and other departments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
