Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming communications through phone, email, and other platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
• Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Identify areas for improving communication processes and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and products to ensure accurate communication with clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
• Previous experience in a communication role is preferred, but not required.
