The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for serving members of the public with courtesy, maturity, and efficiency, while observing proper food safety procedures. The Concession Stand Worker reports directly to the Pool Supervisor.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Prepares and serves food to patrons of the swimming pool.
-Ensures all equipment, utensils and work surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
-Keeps the concession stand clean and free of safety hazards.
-Is attentive of hot equipment and follows proper safety measures.
-Notifies members of leadership, Pool Supervisor, of supply needs for the next business day.
-Reports any unsafe equipment and/or expired food.
-Follows designated opening and closing procedures posted at the pool.
-Knows appropriate emergency procedures and can always execute them.
-Remains at the assigned area of responsibility unless provided with a proper replacement.
-Reports to work in a timely fashion, at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled assignment, including accepting work assignments of the Pool Cashier as advised by the Pool Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor.
-Attends scheduled staff meetings and required training sessions established by the pool leadership team.
-Follows the designated dress code attire, including wearing closed toe shoes.

-PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI clearances and Reportable Offense Obligation
-Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in food service preferred
