LaSalle Network is working with software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that is continue to grow exponentially . We're seeking an experienced Contract Sales/GTM Recruiter to join their fast-paced, high-performing team. In this role, you'll focus on recruiting experienced Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives, to help us meet their growth goals.


This candidate must have experience in recruiting for Mid Market/Enterprise level AE roles, directly out of a SaaS organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify, attract and secure top talent for multiple senior-level roles across our client's sales teams.



Contract Sales/GTM Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives other senior sales roles
• Meet quarterly hiring goals of 12-15
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with team needs
• Source and engage with high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
• Support the development of recruiting strategies to attract top talent for senior sales and technical positions

Contract Sales/GTM Recruiter Requirements:

• 5+ years of Enterprise/Mid-Market AE recruiting experience; must be in SaaS/technology
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level deal structures
• Familiarity with using Salesforce for candidate management or similar CRM tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building relationships with senior-level talent
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized recruitment pipeline
