Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including review, negotiation, compliance, and tracking
• Serve as primary liaison to external contracting officers, prime contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and other federal regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, estimating) to align contract terms and cost accounting requirements
• Maintain and update registrations in SAM and DIBBS
• Support audits and reporting requirements from DLA, DCMA, and DCAA
• Review and advise on NDAs, teaming agreements, distributor and license agreements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar area of study
• 5+ years of experience in government contracting
• Proficiency with FAR, DFARS, SAM, DIBBS, PIEE, DLA, DCMA, DCAA
• Experience with ITAR and U.S. export control procedures
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
