Environment: Hybrid 
Pay rate: $37-$40/HR
Duration: 1 year contract 

This opportunity will be to support client loyalty for enterprise clients for the organization. This role will focus on existing contract renewals.
Responsibilities include contract negotiations, working with internal attorneys and contracts team to facilitate contracts, developing and executing successful contract renewal strategies, and must have strong knowledge of contract law principles and ability to interpret and simplify complex terms. Candidate must be able to handle a large volume of contracts at a given time work diligently in a fast paced environment. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and driving client satisfaction and business outcomes.

This is part of a new growing team and has the potential for long term growth within the organization. 

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years with contract management & client negotiations
- 10 Years of relevant experience in an enterprise company
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles, terms and conditions, compliance, regulations, and security requirements
- Ability manage a high volume workload across multiple business lines with accuracy and proficiency
- Strong communication with internal and external parties

Preferred:
- College degree 
- JD (attorney), or paralegal experience 
- Experience working with Financial Services (Contracts & Clients)
